Here are the latest schedule updates from the Planet. We welcome aboard a couple of new music shows.
  • Area 51 is shifting its weekday programming block an hour earlier for the winter season. Effective November 23, Area 51 will be on from 7 to 9PM US eastern time (0000-0200 UTC) on WBCQ 5.110 MHz. The detailed Area 51 program schedule is found at www.worldmicroscope.com.
  • Bluegrass State of Mind is going on hiatus. The last show will be Friday, December 4, 2009, at 6PM eastern time (2300 UTC) on WBCQ 7.415
  • Ramseys Roadhouse, Mondays 6-630PM eastern time (2300-2330 UTC) on WBCQ 7.415 starting Monday, December 7, 2009
  • Sparky Vision, Mondays 7-8PM eastern time (0000-0100 UTC) on WBCQ 7.415 starting Monday, December 14, 2009
  • Lumpy Gravy Radio Show, Wednesdays 7-8PM eastern time (0000-0100 UTC) on WBCQ 7.415 starting Wednesday, December 16, 2009

Schedule Changes on WBCQ 7415

We are re-arranging some of our programming in order to save costs at WBCQ. This impacts the air times of many programs in our weekend blocks on WBCQ 7.415. Here are the schedule changes, effective Saturday, November 7, 2009:

  • Marion’s Attic moves from Saturday 5 PM eastern time on 7.415 MHz to Sunday 5 PM eastern time on 7.415 MHz
  • WGOD Presents moves from Saturday 6 PM eastern time on 7.415 MHz to Sunday 6 PM eastern time on 7.415 MHz
  • The Lumpy Gravy Radio Show moves from Saturday 7 PM eastern time on 7.415 MHz to Monday 7 PM eastern time on 7.415 MHz (Note that Lumpy Gravy and Timtron will remain on Saturday 7 PM and 8 PM respectively, on 5.110 MHz only.)
  • Radio Timtron Worldwide moves from Saturday 8 PM eastern time on 7.415 MHz to Tuesday 7 PM eastern time on 7.415 MHz
  • Radio Short Bus moves form Saturday 4 PM eastern time on 7415 MHz to Sunday 2 PM on 7.415 MHz
  • The Last Roundup moves from Sunday 6 PM on 7.415 to Friday 3 PM on 7.415 MHz. This displaces World of Radio and Amos And Andy that was previously in this time slot.

Note that these schedule changes will result in WBCQ 7.415 MHz being dark on Saturdays, with the exception of The Overcomer Ministry, which remains on from 9 PM to 11 PM.

One more programming change of note:

  • The Secular Bible Study has ended it’s run on WBCQ. It’s time slot, Monday 9-10 PM eastern time, is being taken by The Overcomer Ministry.
